Elm Hill Boat Rentals sets the pace for rental boats not only on Percy Priest Lake, but for the entire middle Tennessee area. We feature custom built Solid Craft Pontoons from 24 feet to 30 feet. All boats have gas grills, and swim ladders. Our 25 and 30 footers have upper decks and slides. The 30 footers also have a bathroom ( a popular feature). A 36 foot, single level, party barge pontoon is also available with a gas grill and bathroom. In Addition to the pontoons, our rentals include fishing boats, a bass boat and ski boats. Boating accessories such as tubes, skis, and fishing poles are also available for rental.
It is highly recommended that you make reservations at least 2-3 weeks in advance for holidays and weekends. For additional information, questions or reservations please contact us at

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)
Renter pays a non-refundable $40 charge for the LDW which covers $5000.00 of any loss or damage to the boat.
   
 
 
 
Renter must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for one boat reserved and one week in advance for more than one boat reserved or you forfeit your deposit. All cancellations will be charged a $10 processing fee.
No shows/no notification will be charged full rental price.
In the event of inclimate weather, renter may cancel or reschedule by 8:00 a.m. the morning of the reservation. A $10.00 processing fee will be charged.
 
  • All boats are fully equipped with all safety equipment including life jackets.
  • NO pets allowed on rental boats except 14ft. fishing boats.
  • There will be a $50.00 charge for evidence of pets on boats.
  • A cleaning fee of $50.00 will be assessed if rental is returned excessively dirty and life jackets are not buckled and stacked.
  • We encourage renters to have a working cell phone with them while out on the boat in case we need to reach you if necessary.
  • Renters must be 21 years of age, have a valid drivers license, and a credit card.
  • A working phone number is required for us to reach you if necessary.
